Nothing, but good to say. My wife and I found a nice dining table and chair set for a good price. We ordered it and received it on time and with no damage. The delivery took a little over two months, but their customer service made us aware of this from the beginning and kept us updated during the shipping process. Very nice to deal with and well $$$ the wait.

The whole process from ordering to setting up my furniture went smoothly. ********************* managed the order, kept me informed of the shipment time frame, the delivery process, and any other information as needed. Very professional and beautiful furniture - highly recommend!

Great to work with, delivered as promised and very good at returning emails. Quality of the sofa is excellent and very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I cant think of strong enough words to express the poor experience dealing with this company. Failed deliveries, broken promises, misleading website and rude service agents. I understand that there are shortages but they have NO idea where product is in the supply chain. I have 22 emails delaying delivery over and over. Five months later when I wanted to cancel (in line with their policy) they fought me and said because of a dispute they would delay my refund. Run away from this company.

The ordering process was simple and I actually received all of my items in a much shorter time frame than what I was originally quoted. Nadir consistently sent updates and answered any questions I had. I did however, have some slight damage to two of the pieces which should have been noted during the "inspection" that was to occur as a part of the white glove delivery service that I paid for. The physical delivery was acceptable.

Beautiful 4 piece coffee, sofa and end table set. The quality of the furniture is excellent. The set up and delivery was very professional with good communication. Delivery delays due to COVID shipping and scheduling but I was updated throughout by management.

We ordered our furniture in April **************************************************************************** July. They wanted to send in 3 weeks. We said we werent ready they said no problem they would hold they gave to someone else! I took til October to receive and then it was damaged. They gave given us excuse of excuse and I am now waiting for word on how they are going to handle the damage. This business is not trustworthy we will see if I hear anything

5 stars for the quality of the furniture and the delivery and set up experience, this was all great and we love our new furniture. 3 stars for the purchase and waiting process. The website is not upfront about what is in stock and what is no longer available or what is backordered. I purchased a bedroom set and three of the same dresser for my kids' rooms. Quality is good as a high end, the best part of quality is without assembling. The purchasing processing is little challenging as website easy got buffering, but on line chat of **************** is a great help! She is patient while you are typing slowly for *************** always sent me a new linking if I got lost.
