She was friendly, helpful, efficient and answered all my questions regarding the purchase and delivery process, the order to ship time and specific product quality guarantees. We dealt with a couple of people. Victor and John I. We went back and forth with a couple styles and manufacturers of bedroom sets. I just placed the order today - I tried to use the Chat feature, but it seemed to take forever. So, I called the number and talked to John - Pam's supervisor. Ordering was simple and John remember me from the Chat with Pam. Pam was so helpful & prompt with her service. A real pleasure to work with. She made this purchase so easy, and I'm not a whizz online but she got the job done & made it simple. She was wonderful! She answered all my questions & saved me a bundle of money.
Ariana was great. I also worked with Pam who was super, as well. They both provided me with great customer service. They were very kind and patient while I asked a multitude of questions.
