"To good to be true. Yes the prices are good. I was so happy to find these prices that I hurried up and ordered 3k worth of bar furniture. Then sometime in the middle of the night I just got worried. I ordered my dinning room Feb. of last year I got about ***** e-mails saying is going to be in the next few months. A year later waiting on this and now they are telling me they cant deliver to my address and I need to find loading dock to go pick my dinning room. The worst customer service and the worst company to order from. After year of waiting just cancel my order. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.
I order a bedroom set through this company paying a lot of money for this set. This was in June of last year. I got some of the bedroom set and was told that the remainder would come two weeks later. BAD COMPANY. DO NOT USE. Horrible company. Not only did it take about 7 months to receive the item in the 'Local warehouse" but the process following that was worse. We were contacted by the companies representative who told us the delivery company would contact us to set up delivery. Two days later, he sent us an email saying it was scheduled for delivery. Ordered some living room furniture on Jan 14th. Within a few hours, I received a text message from one of their "success managers" stating that the order would be shipped by Mar 14th and would take 4-6 weeks to deliver. Five days later, I received another text stating that it would now be July 4th (plus 4-6 weeks). It is November 17 *********************************** they only have 3 items and the rest are either out of stock and some have no date of re manufacturing. I want to add to a recent string of horrible customer reviews. I ordered chairs for my kitchen table, which were listed on their website as available. When I ordered they told me it would be 4-6 weeks, which I understood. I kept asking for status of order updates and hadn't heard anything after two months so I contacted them again.
