Delivery was professional and on point. I directed where I wanted to place the bed frame. Done very nicely. Great work!!!
Never buy from these stores. I bought a couch last year, and within six months the armrest came off. On top of that, one of those silica gel packets opened up, and the entire couch was covered with tiny beads. When I asked them to take it back, they said it was non-returnable, but they did replace the arm rest but I don’t trust this furniture to last few years that defeats the purpose of buying new furniture with full price. replaced 2 Stressless Recliner chairs with 1 Flexsteel Score Leather Loveseat Recliner. So much more comfortable and smaller footprint in master bedroom. Owners Julie and Ira was easy, professional and we were able to zone in on a perfect choice for us. They are very knowledgeable, honest and five star ***** in customer service. Bedroom Express made our loveseat sofa purchase an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend.
