Extremely unprofessional. My friend had a saddle there and wanted it priced at $1,000.00. She shared the post of her saddle on Facebook, as it is her saddle. The owner called her and yelled at her to take it down as she "just lost the business money." We then went and saw her saddle was listed for $1,250. They advertise as 15% commission, but actually up prices tack 25% and keep all 25% instead of only 15%.
