HORRIBLE! If I could give them a negative number I would. God forbid you accidentally leave a family heirloom from generations ago behind. I tried to get it back only to be told I would have to buy it from them! I offered to buy it and they said if I did they would pack up and leave on the day of the sale and also charge thousands of dollars more! Unbelievable!
