I had a frustrating experience with Bedi Legal. Communication between the paralegal and front desk staff was very poor. I spent weeks going back and forth trying to get a clear answer about my eligibility for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, and many of my questions went unanswered—both over the phone and through their portal. After paying $500, I was ultimately told I was not eligible, with the only service provided being the means test.
