I had a frustrating experience with Bedi Legal. Communication between the paralegal and front desk staff was very poor. I spent weeks going back and forth trying to get a clear answer about my eligibility for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, and many of my questions went unanswered—both over the phone and through their portal. After paying $500, I was ultimately told I was not eligible, with the only service provided being the means test. Helped me with my bankruptcy for one price and there were no hidden fees or additional payment that needed to be made. They explained the process and walked me through my options with patience and understanding. Each appointment made me feel welcomed and understood due to my situation and they didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had about the process. Definitely one of the better experiences I've had compared with stories I've heard about other cases.
