Bedgear used to be a great product. The new bases are garbage. We had a queen base for 5 years that we loved so we bought Bedgear when we moved up to a king. Huge mistake. They really cheapened their product.
Terrible deceptive company, 100 night guarantee is only on unopened items. That makes no sense. For a very high priced item amongst it competitors this is ridiculous. They offer no returns. Buy elsewhere, soft but not cooling at all.
