Genuinely disappointed and actually quite disgusted with this service. My mum passed away unexpectedly shortly after I gave birth, I was told by my doctors in Sept 2024 to do a self referral, which I did. Went through the assessment process and was told I would be referred elsewhere. I never heard back and throughout the last year, my mental health has been very up and down but declined a fair bit from the first assessment. I can not praise Talking Therapies enough. Yes it's a bit of a wait to get on the lists but they quickly assertain what you need and different options are available. My therapist is lovely and I look forward to my sessions albeit I'm incredibly nervous
