Mixed experiences. On the whole though there was engagement and staff there to support me but this was not consistent. There were issues managed excellently but not always.. I failed to have a rapport with some staff. I found at times that there were limiting in measures that at times were a requirement. I pass on that if you are ready to look after yourself with support in the community of Bedford then you could explore it if it meets your requirements.

The support staff clean and use hoover at 3am waking people up, the other support staff keep family members updated like your a child. The other residents scream and shout and very rude. The company doesn't adhere to the HMO licencing T&C so houses are clearly a squat. They do not use a Chartered Account either!

Do not use "bsh". Recovery and safety for its users not in place and there is a lack of experienced staff. Service users ending up later detained under mha. If not they can go out drinking and taking drugs. There is just no professional staff here. And users have been let down and ended up endangered. Avoid here.

I have found it very stressful, the support workers have been threatening and abusive, the management is worse, the customers are even worse than that!
