Leak in ceiling that took out the spare bedroom then the wall a month later . Water problems abound. The wall was opened up but left with the smell of mold… still not fixed when moving out 5 months later….hole still there . This development is in trouble with life leases and building is plagued with problems and deck failures…just pull up to the front of the building and look how many “jacked “ decks there are …some of these have sat like this for months…steer clear …..
I do NOT recommend this place if you want your senior family member to be well taken care of when their health starts to decline. They do not have an RN on site that oversees that proper steps are taken if your family members health starts to decline. Everywhere else this is standard but not at Bedford. They don’t take any responsibility for the people that live in their building. 1000% go to a Chartwell community instead!!!!!

No matter how many mattresses I stacked on top of one another I could still feel a lump on my back. Turns out it was a freaking pea can you believe that?
