Doug gets a perfect score from me. My daughter need headshots for a very important project. For some reason, she did not have an original high res file of her picture. Doug created a new file for her from the original 8X 10 and then made 50 copies ASAP. That was no easy feat accomplishing that over the holidays. The pictures are great and he was a pleasure to work with..
