Working with Sarah Mace has been the best gift I could have given myself! The combination of massage, stretching, and Pilates has given me renewed strength, flexibility, and energy (despite my chronic lyme disease). Sarah is patient, fun and encouraging, and the studio space she has created is lovely.
Sarah was able to show me many new stretches which helped me become a lot more flexible! She is also very good with curing pain as I had a lot of back pain which she helped with a lot.
Sarah is a unique talent combining medical massage, strengthening and stretching all targeted to meet my physical needs. Knowing she exists and what she does is a great tool to deal with life’s stress and aging!
I recently had a massage and it was wonderful. I had a mild injury and Sarah really targeted the areas that were causing me problems. She is warm, professional and gives off a very positive energy. I plan to go back for some stretching too!
I work out a lot and tend to have a lot of back pain. Sarah showed me some great stretches and gave me a thorough massage. I couldn’t have asked for more! I feel good as new.
