Had my first osteopath appointment today with Jody Aitken and was extremely impressed with her expertise and enthusiasm to share it with me. Osteopathy is a new tool in my 68-year-old tool box and from this initial visit, I can tell how beneficial Jody’s treatments will be, tweaking misalignments that have crept in to my body slowly and surely over the years.
I have used Bedford Health for a number of health issues and have always received great results. The staff are knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and support you through your recovery. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I highly recommend Chantal for physiotherapy treatment. In working with her, I have noticed a substantial improvement in my mobility as well as significant improvement in pain reduction. Her kind, supportive and knowledgeable skill set are wonderful.
