WHY DIDNT I READ THE REVIEWS?! I had placed an order with them and very quickly realised I needed to order a size up (Super king instead of King). I sent an email requesting they cancel my order to which they responded after 3 days asking me whether I would like to proceed with the order or continue with the cancellation. I replied clearly that I need to cancel and receive a refund as per my original request. They are not answering my emails or phone calls OR text messages. NO trust. So far an absolutely appalling experince. Item not yet sent. Courier company states that item was not available for pick up when they arrived and they have not been contacted to arrange another pickup. The company's supposed 'support' number has never ever picked up despite many attempts over the past week. No call back despite leaving my number on voicemail. No response to email × 3. Even their bloody chat bot doesn't work!!! Like many of the other reviewers here I suspect I have been scammed.
No response after several emails and tried ringing. No response No delivery. Now going to Office of Fair Trading NSW. DON'T BUY THROUGH THEM. Fake picture - it is a warehouse only.
Never deal with them. Worst company to communicate with in history. No one answers the phone No one returns messages No one responds to emails This company is Fraudulent. I will go to government authority to sort this out. Never deal with them. they don't deserve any stars.
The quality of bed sheets are so good. It's usually hard to find multi coloured sheets in Australia. Found in this store and very happy
