They were beyond meticulous in their work, truly understood the funding systems our non-profit operates in, and really were able to 'translate' finance speak into summaries that our non-finance and program-focused staff members were able to understand. Very less than desirable experience using BKC for the first time. Several unanswered emails, phone calls and delays in tax Preperation. I was hoping to have a good experience but will not be requesting their service in the future.

Thomas Malca helped me navigate getting into my account as well as what I needed to understand once there and answered all my questions. Eric Buchanan in IT helped me with technical support. We have worked with BKC for 20+ years, with tremendous satisfaction. The submission of taxes is sometimes viewed as a necessary but unpleasant undertaking.
