Very less than desirable experience using BKC for the first time. Several unanswered emails, phone calls and delays in tax Preperation. I was hoping to have a good experience but will not be requesting their service in the future.
I would like to take a moment to recognize the exceptional customer support I received from two of your employees. Thomas Malca helped me navigate getting into my account as well as what I needed to understand once there and answered all my questions. Eric Buchanan in IT helped me with technical support. Both of them were courteous, empathetic and patient. You do not often find that level of customer support in today’s world. It made my experience with BKC outstanding
We have worked with BKC for 20+ years, with tremendous satisfaction. The submission of taxes is sometimes viewed as a necessary but unpleasant undertaking. Each of us - as taxpayers simply want to provide what is needed, do it efficiently and move forward. Diane and the BKC team of people we have interacted with over the years have been wonderful. BKC is awesome! They helped me get my small business up and running, and then save so much money over the years! From PPP loan & forgiveness, to ERTC, to filing my taxes, the firm always makes sure I take advantage of everything available to help my business! They have a phenomenal accounting services team that cleaned up my books and captured all my deductions to save on taxes and streamline. Their price is an excellent value. The staff are friendly and professional, and always looking out for my best interests.
Incompetent and do not accept responsibility for their mistakes. After charging an excessive preparation fee, they did not accurately file our taxes. Three years later we receive notice from the state and are expected to pay for their mistakes plus interest. BKC assumes no financial responsibility for their mistake other than saying oh well.
