I originally hired this firm to handle my business accounting, clean up my books, and provide personal financial planning. After two years, I have walked away with zero results, thousands of dollars in unjustified bills, and an immense amount of wasted time. Our non-profit just completed our second audit with BKC and we could not be happier! We worked with Shawn and her team, and found them to be so responsive, organized, and helpful. They were beyond meticulous in their work, truly understood the funding systems our non-profit operates in, and really were able to 'translate' finance speak into summaries that our non-finance and program-focused staff members were able to understand. I highly recommend them!
Very less than desirable experience using BKC for the first time. Several unanswered emails, phone calls and delays in tax Preperation. I was hoping to have a good experience but will not be requesting their service in the future.
