Bought this soap dispenser at Bed Bath and Table in October 2024. As you can see from the photos the silver finish started to come away at the top and the base was crumbling under the padding. So I took it into the Williamstown store today (4 April 2025) expecting them to apologise for the inconvenience of a clearly faulty product and provide an immediate refund. Instead I was told “we only give refunds within 30 days of purchase”. I pointed out the law, that I’m entitled to a refund on products faulty or not fit for purpose... read more
