She was very knowledgeable, gave great advice and tips, and was overall caring, friendly, and genuine. She went to the effort of retrieving a product from the stockroom for me. Really disappointed with the experience here. We've always loved Bed Bath & Table, but the staff at this store were unexpectedly rude. My child simply picked up a Christmas decoration to have a look, and the staff gave us a sharp glare as if he was going to break it. Even if something were to be damaged, that would be the time to address it but everyone deserves the chance to browse comfortably. Sadly, we've decided not to return to this store.

Recently bought 250 thread count queen bed valance and very dissatisfied with the quality. Cheap and thin fabric, looks terrible on my bed base. Have to repurchase from another brand. Overall, I stop buying from BBnT, as bed linen quality is mediocre.
