Went to the store to buy a goose down doona I had seen online, but the two female staff were too busy chatting with each other. Neither asked me what I was looking for or showed me any products. As I walked around the store and near the counter, the blonde staff (the other staff had left) kept her head down and carried on with her own tasks as if no customers were there. We were served by Robyn today at Top Ryde. She was extremely helpful in helping us pick out a bed cover sheet and gave us good info on what is the most suitable. She was also patient with the payment. Really appreciated :))

I received exceptional professional service from Robyn at Top Ryde BBNT regarding bedding to survive this winter chill and cost of living crisis. She was very knowledgeable, gave great advice and tips, and was overall caring, friendly, and genuine. She went to the effort of retrieving a product from the stockroom for me. Really disappointed with the experience here. We've always loved Bed Bath & Table, but the staff at this store were unexpectedly rude. My child simply picked up a Christmas decoration to have a look, and the staff gave us a sharp glare as if he was going to break it. Even if something were to be damaged, that would be the time to address it but everyone deserves the chance to browse comfortably. Sadly, we've decided not to return to this store.
