Recently bought 250 thread count queen bed valance and very dissatisfied with the quality. Cheap and thin fabric, looks terrible on my bed base. Have to repurchase from another brand. Overall, I stop buying from BBnT, as bed linen quality is mediocre.
The 2.5 star Google review is totally fair. Purchased sth 2 days ago and one day later they further dropped the price. "store manager" said no refund of price difference because that's the policy, i said then i could just repurchase the same lot and get a refund using the first receipt which they can't say no to. It's not much money really but for me even 1 star is too many for this place
