Lack of service, when it's just me and one other customer. The female assistant ignored me and only helped other customers. Her attitude at the checkout was arrogant and disrespectful, and it was a very poor experience.
Very poor customer service I have been to the store once to a purchase an item, once to return an item with a receipt and one time to return an item without a receipt within the last few months. On all three occasions I have been unfortunate to interact with the same male worker. Overall, his facial expressions and tone were rude and not what I consider good customer service. I love this store so much I can't buy anymore bedding for myself so I buy it as gifts for my family. 10/10 service from staff that are knowledgeable and kind not pushy and salesy.
