This places customer service has gotta be the worst that I’ve come across. The store assistant have little to no personality and no idea how to reflect good customer service. We visited on Sunday, 28 December and had to ask for assistance if needed And overall customer service was appalling. We bought a couple of sale duvets and didn’t realise till we got home the Police cases were not included.
