I came into store yesterday afternoon and dealt with a young ginger girl. She was absolutely awesome, hopefully a manager of a kind, as she was able to give me advice about everything I asked. I walked out feeling confident with the sheets, glasses and duvet cover set I had bought & will be back again for her help. So convenient, right outside the Dressmart with heaps of parking. Same stuff as other BB&T stores, same discounts, and some are on special, nice!
This places customer service has gotta be the worst that I’ve come across. The store assistant have little to no personality and no idea how to reflect good customer service. We visited on Sunday, 28 December and had to ask for assistance if needed And overall customer service was appalling. We bought a couple of sale duvets and didn’t realise till we got home the Police cases were not included.
