Experienced some exceptionally poor service by John over the phone. Called to check for an item to placed on hold and was told “I’m really busy and flat out at the moment. You’ll need to call back.” Then hung up without saying goodbye or anything.
Best service ever. Stopped in for a last minute valentines gift. They wrapped it for me and were very helpful and friendly. Thanks so much!
I was in the Mosman store today (Tuesday 21/11) and was served by 2 lovely ladies. They were very friendly and informative and I felt really welcomed!
We went to the store yesterday to purchase a gift for someone, a salesman approached us asking if we needed any help and showed us the area of the specific product, however the prints were not suitable for what we were looking and after browsing we found the right product on sales section which was a perfect colour and size, then the same salesman approached us and said “ these are so cheap aren’t they, almost disposable!!!!”” Honestly we were planing to purchase more items however with his behaviour we’ve decided to leave t... read more
