Came in to return 2 frameless photo frames as I thought the current discount wasn't applied to their purchase last weekend. The lady who served me by the ladder was initially friendly until I said I wanted to return them. She explained the discount should have been applied so I checked the receipt and she was correct. Her attitude and demeanour however was not customer friendly, she quickly pivoted to another customer even though I said I would like to purchase some more frames (but didn't tell her, a chrome lantern too).
