I love shopping at bed bath n table. However after today i wont be coming back to shop here in essondon again. If someone is going to be working in customer service, no matter what's going on, it doesn't give them the pass to treat people in a rude way. And if you're unable to do so, then customer service isn't the place for you to work. I along with my sister were treated in a horrible way and at first i gave the benefit of the doubt that she could be having a bad day. Purchased multiple candles and when I got home realised someone had accidentally put a tester in the box that was a different scent. Called the store and spoke to the lovely Rachel who put the correct candle aside for me to come in and exchange today. Just went into the store and was greeted by all staff in a warm and friendly tone. I couldn't rate the staff highly enough, they were so attentive and helpful and resolved the mix up with a smile. DFO Essendon Team are awesome! 🫶🏼
I was served by Zoe and she was lovely. She went out of her way to help me, her customer service was fantastic. I thought she was the store manager. Props to whoever hired her! Will definitely be back.
