As a small business owner , I came in to collect rabbits for my wife & the service I received from the sales lady Tanya was beyond expectation today. She went to a storage area outside the shop, reassured me of time frame & returned with a huge smile & bunnies galore!! Thank you! My wife, Arkie raves about you guys every time she visits which was err.. only yesterday!

The absolute worst customer service from Tania (or Tanya) from Erina Fair. Asked me to wait 20 minutes while she checked for the item I wanted, I waited 20 minutes and then she advised she was too busy to check. When I let her know that I couldn't wait all day, another retail staff member asked why I couldn’t come back another day, it was Easter Saturday and I was requesting was an Easter plate for Easter Sunday - which was the following day. I came in for the boxing day sales as I saw something online I liked. I called “Maddie” (I think this was her name) and spoke with her in the phone and she said she would hold the items till I got there. When I arrived the bed spread wasn’t exactly what I had anticipated. So she helped me to find something else (for my daughter), and included my daughter in the process, didn’t just dismiss her, despite my daughter changing her mind often… It was a really nice shopping experience.
