Bought sheets online yesterday but was apprehensive of buying pillows online. Glad I didn't as I found the perfect match in-store. Was passing by CC and the amazing Ruth was beyond helpful. Left with 2 different pillows, both of which suit different needs. Amazing CS, looking forward to a decent night's sleep!
Incredible service by a sales person donna she was super informative and helped me organise what I needed from soap dispenser to all the different types of pillows and bedding she had it covered 😀 i defiantly recommend going here for all your bed needs and more .
Nice shop. We phoned them from another branch and the ladies put a bed cover aside for us. They were helpful and pleasant to deal with.
The staff were brilliant in helping me to source the items I wanted. The sales assistant Clara even went so far as to call a number of stores on my behalf to ask if they had stock. She went above and beyond and I can't recommend her customer service skills highly enough. Thank you.
