Had a stressful and disappointing experience in-store while processing a refund. The refund took nearly 30 minutes to complete, involving four staff members in-store and another person consulted over the phone, because nobody appeared to know how to process a refund for a standard Afterpay purchase. Bought sheets online yesterday but was apprehensive of buying pillows online. Glad I didn't as I found the perfect match in-store. Was passing by CC and the amazing Ruth was beyond helpful. Left with 2 different pillows, both of which suit different needs. Amazing CS, looking forward to a decent night's sleep!
Incredible service by a sales person donna she was super informative and helped me organise what I needed from soap dispenser to all the different types of pillows and bedding she had it covered 😀 i defiantly recommend going here for all your bed needs and more .
