I cannot believe the experience I had here! I came in for a browse and loved the idea of a half-priced sale for Christmas stock. I was only in there for 10 minutes before a staff member approached me, demanding to take my three items from me to hold behind the counter. Two young women working Saturday afternoon had to put up with a very disrespectful and incredibly rude woman…she was letting her children run around into customers. Letting them spit and bash on each other and scream for over thirty minutes. The employees did their best to help the parent. The “parent” wasn’t paying attention - she was yelling at the staff too. Horrible staff ever,the the lady who served me named as “Stephanie”was soo rude and unethical with my kids,she was literally yelling on them,such unhuman and unprofessional retailers should be fired from the job asap.Overall all the staff is very very rude and impatient with the kids,never recommends this particular store.
I had a very disappointing experience with a staff member named Stephanie. I approached her to ask about a return and refund for a product I had purchased, but she responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Her attitude was unhelpful and made me feel very unwelcome. I sincerely hope the management takes this matter seriously and works on improving their customer service.
I love this store. Good quality products and super friendly helpful staff.
