I had a terrible experience at Bed Bath & Beyond Glenfield on Friday, 21st Feb. I purchased a bambou memory pillow for $35 and asked the store staff at the time of purchase whether the package contained two pillows. The staff member assured me that it did. However, when I stepped outside and opened the package, I discovered that there was only one pillow inside. Worst service.. The old lady sales person is so rude and unprofessional.. Will never come here or recommend anyone to come to this one.. I hope there were zero stars for this sales person...
