Customer service person was very nice. But it's messed up that if their machine won't take your bills you can't deposit perfectly good money.
Clark helped me out. Very easy and quick process opening up my checking/savings account. Also went out of his way to make sure I was able to use my online account instantly due to time payment crunch for other accounts.
I went to deposit $1000 dollars cash into the stm, it ate $200 and spit the rest out and canceled the transaction. The manager there said it has been doing that all morning and there wasn’t anything they could do about it. They don’t even tell the customers or put a sign on it. Ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever been apart of.
Recently, we were a victim of FRAUD with our debit card. After contacting BECU about this criminal experience, BEN responded with UREGENCY to resolve this disturbing experience. He applied his knowledge, skills, and professional experience by canceling our compromised debit card, and offering a new debit card. Also, Ben reviewed the fraudulent charges on our checking account, and followed company procedures to reimburse us for the cost of these transactions.
