We were very happy with the personal service to achieve what we wanted with our lounge . There were no delays with the construction. We were delighted with the quality of workmanship & it felt so good to buy Australian made & give our money to a local company . We would thoroughly recomend Becson furniture Jimboomba .
Our becson lounge was 10 years old and nothing wrong with it but we needed one downstairs so bought a new one for upstairs.the assistance by Beth was second to none and after being advised it could take 4 weeks it arrived one week later .excellent product and service.the delivery man could not have been more helpful and professional.
Amazing at every step, they are so helpful in store helping to pick the material and helping making any changes to make the chair perfectly for you. And it was made and delivered so fast. I am so in love with my chair, I am going to have to get them to make me a couch now. Thank you
Extremely happy with the new couch from Becson Furniture. The service was outstanding, starting with Kim's professional and knowledgeable assistance in the store to the cheerful free delivery and removal of the old couch. The couch is incredibly comfy and the bonus is that it is Australian made by a local business. Highly recommend.
Becson delivered my new 1.5 seater chaise on June 14 2025. Very happy with the item. I was able to choose the colour I was after,and the colour and height of the legs. Comes with a 10yr warranty also! And only took their staff at the Jimboomba factory,3wks to source the material and make the chair.
