WOW!!! OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!! Truly, look no further. I brought my stroller over to get my flat tire looked at and Christian happily restored our stroller and thoroughly repaired the tire and all the issues with it. My stroller is better than ever and am so thankful for this bike shop that takes excellent care of anyone that comes by!
I left a message for a callback and received a message right away. The person I talked with, was patient with my questions, pleasant, knowledgeable, and helped me make a well informed decision on what to do with our E bike. I definitely recommend this company and will use them for any maintenance and any repairs of the several E bikes my family owns.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Came into becky frustrated and borderline yelling at my dad because “he was repeating himself”. Went in to have a hike serviced but after that interaction decided otherwise.
I Had my bike worked on for an E3 fault that came up. They had my bike for a few weeks and supposedly fixed the issue. They were really nice about it and I was grateful. He said he had to replace the controller and solder contacts on motor as well. He explained that if there were any issues that i could come back because it was now under warranty. I had my bike for about 2 weeks and maybe 3 miles tops on that fix when the same e3 fault came back. I called them immediately and he told me to bring my bike right back in. He kep... read more
Horrible customer service! Called in for a quote and was talked to like I don’t know anything. A simple quote turned into a disaster and I was talked to like a punk that knows nothing and that they are busy and that my time doesn’t matter. Whoever I just spoke to doesn’t handle customer service well. Thanks for your help Dude! Not interested. You’re fully booked anyways to take on a new customer and didn’t really seem interested!
