I Had my bike worked on for an E3 fault that came up. They had my bike for a few weeks and supposedly fixed the issue. They were really nice about it and I was grateful. He said he had to replace the controller and solder contacts on motor as well. He explained that if there were any issues that i could come back because it was now under warranty. Horrible customer service! Called in for a quote and was talked to like I don’t know anything. A simple quote turned into a disaster and I was talked to like a punk that knows nothing and that they are busy and that my time doesn’t matter. Whoever I just spoke to doesn’t handle customer service well. Thanks for your help Dude! Not interested. You’re fully booked anyways to take on a new customer and didn’t really seem interested! Great customer service, they helped me find the part I needed for my escooter and told me to just take it with no charge. What a great small business. If you need help these guys go above and beyond to help any way they can. Thank you!

Very Happy for coming into Becky’s Bikes and I am very impressed with the folding electric bike to fit in the back seat for traveling. The salesman was very informative and educated on the bike that was sold and very helpful and knowledgeable about how all of the bikes work and fit to the right person.
