I have a biweekly massage with Dan Lester the therapist at BP. Dan specializes in Myofasial Release Massage therapy and has been a godsend. A MRM therapist identifies the trouble areas in your body through a massage. Then, stretches are used to open the muscles and connective tissues that are holding the stress. Great massage, but........Dan took two, I say again TWO - calls/texts during my massage!!! Really??? I heard the vibrations of his phone and immediately my massage became a single-handed massage. Give me a break....do you think I'm stupid????
