Horrible service business. No consideration for customers. We bought a sofa and love seat in April 2024. We have 2 problems with the sofa. Their only remedy is to take the sofa for a week for repair. Meanwhile we will have nothing to replace the sofa until repairs are done. Very unsatisfied and very upset. Never going to give them our business again. Bad bad business!

Beck's Furniture in Rancho Cordova has been our go to place to buy furniture, mattresses, and decor for our family's home! We've never had an issue with what we've purchased and the care we were shown while in their showroom was unmatched. Our recent sales person, Lisa, was very knowledgeable and with her help, we were able to make a decision about what mattress would work best for us. I had to send a piece of furniture out for a warranty repair. Was told 1 week to repair. After 3 weeks and no word on the repair we began calling to find out the status of our repair. Multiple calls later we were told our piece was ready. No explanation for why there was a delay, and no calls letting us know there would be a delay. We had only had this furniture a little over a month when it had to go in for repair which took 4 weeks. Poor quality goods being sold, and then taking several weeks to repair. I purchased an futon for $388.95 plus tax and a 5 year insurance policy. It was suppose to be heavy duty..college boy loved it, I was told. It lasted 4 years 10 months before springs broke. It was determined irreparable and I was offered payout or replacement. I liked the futon, so opted for replacement. There were three available futons the day I went in to choose a new futon. I have pictures of a price tag that was on Recliner with blue lights. I did address the Manager about the $999.99 price tag but no action was taken. Im a customer that was misled and very angry of how it wasnt acknowledged when I proved my point! The question was why wouldnt you have the $1199.99 tag on it if that was the price? Plain and simple answer. Although, I never received a legitimate answer. I felt discriminated against and this is why I still paid the price to show that I wasnt looking for any hand outs. Thank you for your feedback, We apologize if there was any confusion on pricing, as we remember you spoke to our Floor Manager and Store manager, it was explained to you the pricing of $999.99 was for the manual piece, you purchased a power piece which is more than our manual piece.

I bought a Valentino bedroom set October 2020 paid full upfront was told it would be back ordered until January. Decided to wait due to Covid I understand shipping can take longer didnt receive anything until June and even then partial order. it is now August and vanity and chest still no word on ETA. Would give zero stars if possible. I have been dealing with ****** since December of 2020. Their Florin location has horrible customer service, they delivered a bed with a makeshift panel aka not safe. Someone in their warehouse took it upon themselves to just create what they thought would be safe. That's not acceptable. They delivered the dresser with no handles. Purchased a dresser 5/1/2021. It wasn't in stock but was told it would be available in 3 weeks but it could be as late as June. I called today 6/8/2021 and was told ****** was when possibly they would have it. I had to pay upfront. I asked customer service representative if she thought it was acceptable to have her store promise an item in June but really wouldn't be able to deliver it until ******. She hung up on me. I purchased a rollaway bed from Beck's. The salesman (Don) said if I am not happy I can return, but 10% will be subtracted. Took the product home, the mattress is so thin that sleeping on it is impossible. Took it back and asked for a refund. They refused, saying refunds are accepted only within 3 days of purchase. I said their sales man, Don, told me they will accept the returns. He "contacted" a vice-president and came back saying vice-president "refused to approve the refund".
