I love it here! The grounds are kept up so nice! I just wish my neighbors would follow the rules! It's not fair to those who DO ! This is a nice place for YOU to have affordable housing, not your boyfriend or family! Don't park on the grass means don't park on the grass!!! Don't get mad if you get turned in... YOU ARE THE ONE MESSING UP!!!

Nelson Hall homes is a joke. They are not helpful the apartment assistant manager will not let you know when he will be at your apartment; he will just pull up in the golf cart and knock on your door and the apartment manager is never in her office and is sometimes rude. The yard crew can't mow the lawn right at all. The only thing that is okay about the apartment complex is they fix the apartment almost correctly.
