I sat in on a meeting with my cousin and her lawyer Spencer because she felt like she needed the extra support. When I was there he presented himself in a polite manner but as he surveyed my cousin, he had a very sarcastic and condescending tone towards her answers. He was also asking her for information she had already sent a head of time. He had not seem to have read any of the information she sent him about the case. I had a free consultation with Mr. Ryan Schmalzle today. He decided, and I agreed, that it is not worth pursuing my medical malpractice case.
