I worked with Heidi Koeneman and her assistant Joni, and both were incredibly professional and helpful throughout my case. Heidi handled everything with care, and Joni did a great job keeping me informed with updates. They make a great team and really helped ease the process. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the receptionist. Every time I called or visited the office, she had a rude attitude that made the experience frustrating. Jana Lange appeared competent and very responsive. She worked the case research 6 weeks ahead of court dates. ahead of court dates, but that’s better than late! Then the x spouse dropped the 2 charges which she required a $5,000 deposit in Sept, petitioner withdrew both cases in Nov and Ms Lange w/d on Nov 15. On this date, we had approx $1,600. I Was Searching For An Attorney That Works On Appeals And After My Case Was Reviewed By This Law Firm. I Was Told They Couldn't Take On My Case. So I Asked For An Explanation Of Why And I Was Told They Need To Have Me As An Established Client Before Giving Me That Info. Why Is Everything About Money? A Simple Explanation Only Takes 5 Minutes.
