Bought embroidery machine from them. Took it to them for a regular service. Was working fine just wanted cleaned and checked. Got it back and foot didn’t work and needle was broke. Took it back again to fix issue - and it wasn’t used since first pick up - was told that the motor was loaded and they couldn’t get parts as it was too old. Friendly helpful staff. This shop is for quilters. They sell all forms of quilting machines. 99% of everything in this shop is for quilting only. No upholstery material , no sewing supplies for a regular sewist like elastic or buttons or sewing patterns, just patterns for quilting. It appeared they only sell cotton quilting fabric in various widths along with quilting tools needed to make quilts. First visit, and was impressed by the culture and creativity of the store. A large classroom setting with new machine owners at work learning their new craft and machine. Long arm Quilting machines that patrons can explore and experience firsthand before buying. A fairly large fabric selection by the bolt or yard, but primarily for quilters, not the general sewist. Ordered 2 quilt panels and was delivered within a couple days. Excellent quality and very fast shipment. Will be ordering again soon.
