I'm overwhelmed with the care my mum as recieved from all the staff at beckfield, she was only to be in for 4weeks but as been in they 3months.The staff are really friendly and supportive.The place is always clean.Im sure my mum miss everyone and I know I will.big thank you to everyone for looking after my mum for these months,I know it not been easy but you all have been great x

Permanently understaffed visitors having to clean up after clients clients left unattended while staff have to work on next floor

The building and the ethos are not fit for purpose should be demolished and moved asap
