Kristian is incredibly knowledgeable and was very helpful navigating a terrible experience with my auto insurance company after an accidental collision. I would highly recommend him to others that are dealing with insurance difficulties.
Kristian seemed very knowledgeable about my situation and I was excited to have them represent me. Unfortunately, I never received a return call despite calling them back twice, over the course of two weeks. UPDATE: Apparently there was a staffing snag that has since been fixed, and Kristian personally called me to resolve. Got the same quality communication I experienced the first time.
