Mark Wasvary's response time is enviable. I never have had to wait for an answer. He is thorough and efficient. As a landlady, I've had to take the same tenants to court a few times. He resists telling me I TOLD YOU SO and just chuckles a little. He is also able to do other documents for me as I have needed them for reasonable rates. One time I had a tenant emergency come up as I was locked in a basement bathroom somewhere oddly enough.
