If I could give 0 stars I would. Their staff specifically Mrs Jill Liberto was very disrespectful and unprofessional. My brother called them several times (her words) not to harass anyone, but because he was desperately trying to find a way to resolve a debt and avoid more fees. Instead of professionalism and courtesy conversation was met with a harsh, disrespectful tone and zero willingness to listen. Very dissatisfied with the Condo Association practice. Not sure they gather necessary info befor making reccomendations. Much of their advice is verbal and never put in writing or shared with all board members . Very disappointed.
Brian Montague is the most unresponsive Lawyer I have ever dealt with. Our HOA paid him over $ 42,000 to represent us in a case against a previous homeowner. I have called twice and could not get a return call, and we had a closing on our condo in less than 5 days. All we needed was a statement verifying an insurance policy. DO NOT use this firm if you want to be represented by a responsive firm...
Horrible law firm. I’m the president of our COA. We’re referred to them because of flooding and other problems due to hurricanes Helene and Milton. Dealing with insurance companies and city inspectors and criminal contractors was overwhelming. The attorney assured me a few times he would help. So we all decided to sign up. Once we did they did absolutely nothing to help. It took me multiple times to call them and email just to get a referral to a “good” public adjuster who never came through either.
