I made a full payment to Becker & Poliakoff on April 28, 2025, to resolve my HOA debt. At the time, they gave me no indication that it was a “partial” payment. Then, on May 8, they sent me a notice claiming I still owed over $2,000 in fees I had never been told about. Trying to resolve the issue, I paid the additional $2,000 on May 14. Today, it’s been 15 days and my HOA account is still frozen because they still haven’t received the money . Not even worth the 1 star . Trying to contact them is an absolute joke , not even when you’re trying to make a payment for something they say that you owe
No one answered the phone. No answering machine. I'll move on to another lawyer if this is how the process is starting off.
