I worked with Elliot Holden for multiple real estate deals. He has been holding my money unreasonably for close to 2 months. No response. The office does not answer phone. Elliot straight up ignores all the emails. Anyone looking into working with them, beware. I am looking into taking legal actions as they are not releasing the fund / ignores any messages. Updates: after the review, Elliot reached out to me and processed the payment promptly. This has now been resolved, but has been an extremely frustrating process.
I was very impressed with the quality level of service in dealing with Elliot Holden at Beck Robinson & Company. He was very thorough and knowledgeable in our dealings with him for the legalities, taxes, mortgage and services with the preparations, paperwork and move in for our new condo. I would recommend him and this law firm for like and similar such needs and requirements for better peace of mind in such situations. David Timmons Vancouver
