I been going beck hearing for year usually they pick up on the 1 or 2 ring they are open 9-5 and I been calling every since they open and nothing not very happy
Ellen at the Thompson Road location was so careful and considerate, patient and professional. She did a wonderful job looking after my mother. I would recommend her to anyone looking for hearing assistance.
Nope, I called to ask what the cost and coverage was for a hearing test. I was told it's free but if you're on ODSP you have to give your information so they can bill ODSP. For a free exam? That seems odd. Why put extra strain on ODSP and tax paying citizens if the exam is "free". It's free unless you're disabled? What?!!
I must say the staff at Beck hearing are Great Emma was very understanding and showed compassion at the same time. Sydney was very pleasent on the phone and in person. Thank you ladies keep up the Great Work.!!!!
