Was in a car accident a few years back, and realize now the attorney that I had never negotiated terms for my accident. Didn’t tell me about the offer just told me this is the best you’re going to get. Even though I needed more physical therapy after I was paid out. Walked away with $7k after a guy ran the red light into my car and totaled it, I ended up in hospital, arm in a sling and a concussion. SMH the paralegal was great everyone else not so much.
