Such a horrible condescending woman. Do not shop here
Barwon Heads best store. Cool mix of gifts and home wares and clothing. Small but mighty. The owner Kate is so helpful . I loved that she did not let me buy a top that she felt did not suit me and encouraged me to buy another and I love it!

‘Karen’ was very rude, condescending and unwelcoming the second I stepped into the store. Did not even get a chance to take in my bearings before being asked to leave with my coffee. Instead of kindly telling me there were no drinks in the store. The staff member was quick to inform me to leave rudely and added, condescendingly, that every store here also has this rule. We encountered Manager Karen as well. So so rude and condescending ………….couldn’t get out of this shop quick enough and won’t be returning.
