Think twice actually, think three times before using this law firm for wills and estates. As a named beneficiary, I was never given a copy of the will and completely shut out of the estate process. Even worse, the lawyer allowed the executor to openly go against the deceased’s wishes. This wasn’t a simple oversight. My son retained Mr Bebee as legal council in Nov.2024 through Legal Aid. To anyone who is given the legal aid list at court, I highly advise that you DO NOT retain Mr.Bebee. The lack of correspondence and information is mind boggling, matters that should have been dealt with were not, until my son started dealing with the crown himself. Mr.Bebee would occasionally schedule a phone call, then would be driving and say 'I'm driving, I can't really answer that right now'. Over 3 years have passed and reviews tagged are still up because they are truthful. Nice try at censorship though. All correspondence/calls go directly to my attorneys for vetting first.
