This program has been beneficial in ways I did not expect. I was able to lose 22 pounds during first 30 days and kept it off despite going on a cruise after the second month. I am repeating the first 30 days because I had gained a lot of weight over the last two years. I have found the Bebalanced staff to be very supportive and knowledgeable.
