I finally feel like I found a weight loss program that is sustainable. This program changed my body in ways that losing weight in other ways never did and it has really helped with my cravings. It was easy to follow and everyone has been very helpful.

As someone who grew up in sports and has been pretty active my whole life, my body always had a way of keeping the weight on. Prior to working with Cher and Katie I lost over 10lbs so I was curious about what BeBalanced could do for me and I was surprised to have dropped another 9lbs without going to the gym. I have noticed that I am able to fall asleep quicker, I have more energy throughout the day, and I am full after each meal!
