I love this program. I have lost 10 pounds and am learning what my body likes and doesn’t like to keep weight off. It has been a very good learning experience so I am doing the weight loss phase again to get more pounds off. Many Thanks to all the staff.

I had been struggling with my weight for years. Close to 5 years ago, I decided to do something about it but hit a wall. After a friend of mine told me about BeBalanced, I decided to give it a shot. Since starting the program in April, I have dropped 34 lbs and counting and I’ve never felt better. The coaches are phenomenal and helped me every step of the way. Any time I needed to lose weight earlier in life, I'd use the WW points method I learned way back in 2000. I thought I had a system that would always work....... This is a low calorie diet program. They are selling a bunch of supplements and giving you a very restricted diet. You cannot use any oil to cook food. Very limited food options in very small quantities cooked on the grill or in water. Of course you can lose all the weight if you starve for a month. I thought there is a science since the name has “hormonal weight loss”, but they don’t do any bloodwork to check your hormones or to make sure you don’t have a condition before starting this extreme diet.
