Update: I completed another round of this program back in May 2026. Love the restart program. Nice little refresh to feeling great again if I feel myself getting off track. Amy was my coach again and cannot say enough good things. She is extremely sweet and supportive. The eating regimen can be tough at first but so worth it. Highly recommend this program. I am so very pleased with my experience with this program!! Dotti at the Murrysville, PA facility was so incredibly helpful in guiding a close friend and myself in our weight loss journey. I’m so thrilled with my progress on this program! I had tried countless times to get healthier, lose weight and just feel better. The BeBalanced Program was my final attempt, and it did not disappoint. Not only have I lost 25-30 pounds, but my mood and menopausal symptoms have improved greatly.
