If you're skeptical of this program, like I was, I would say 1,000% get over that fear and sign up for this journey. I am in the last year of my 30's and have an extremely stressful job. I had a great experience at BeBalanced. I was not sure this program was for me, as I’m too young for menopause and don’t have any hormonal issues. Just wanted to lose weight and feel better. I was reassured I was in the right place! The program is challenging for sure, but those challenges lead you to thinking about your previous food choices and how they impact your body and your overall health. I’m so thrilled with my progress on this program! I had tried so many different ways to lose weight before that I’d lost count. The BeBalanced Program was my final attempt, and it did not disappoint. Not only have I lost 30+ pounds, but my mood and menopausal symptoms have improved greatly. I would recommend this program wholeheartedly to anyone who is looking for a solution to their weight concerns, as well as hormonal symptoms.
