I’m so thrilled with my progress on this program! I had tried countless times to get healthier, lose weight and just feel better. The BeBalanced Program was my final attempt, and it did not disappoint. Not only have I lost 25-30 pounds, but my mood and menopausal symptoms have improved greatly. Edit* I did a second round to continue making sure I am the best I can. I will say even the second time I am hight improved and everyone is extremely wonderful to work with. I have always worked out and tried to eat “healthy”. Followed advice from doctors, friends, online “experts” but nothing helped me during post menopause. My joints were killing me, I was tired, had unexplainable weight gain, my hair was falling out,etc. then I started bebalanced. Dotti was amazing. She helped me every step of the way. I lost 18 pounds, my hair loss stopped, I could run up and down the stairs, had energy and just felt all around like myself again. What a blessing this has been!!!
