I love BeBalanced!! I learned of BeBalanced in 2020 and followed the program then....I lost down to my goal and kept it off for 6 years. I did the program again 45 days ago...followed it the same way and reached my goal again. Amazing how well it works. And, Dotti in the Murraysville PA office is great! Supportive and sooo helpful.
