Do your do diligence and ask the right questions. Is there a blood test and if not move on. If it sounds to good to be true it most likely is exactly that. I was fooled and the catch line "it is all plant based creams and safe" lured me in but unfortunately it was nearly useless. Ask your doctor and he can access what is really in those creams. I did and the answer was very disappointing.
I started this program very last week of April and did 4 "rounds" of the phase 2 weight loss. I lost a total of 65 lbs! I'm now on week 3 of maintenance and have so far stayed nearly the exact weight I stopped at (only fluctuating up and down a pound) . I worked with Pam for the first time, she was very informative. However, I did express that I didn't want to do a Keto diet. She reassured me that this program was more on a hormone balance. After my second visit, meeting with Laurie she addressed your body had to go into ketosis. Well, that is a Keto diet. After leaving the office, they charged my account without notification.
