Leah, is AMAZING! She is always willing to answer any questions, and makes sure that you know what you are actually doing! She makes sure that you are successful.
Since I have started menopause, I was not able to lose weight. I was also having a lot of hot flashes and joint pain. This program is the only thing that worked for me in treating all of those areas, and has educated me on how to eat better. My coach, Lea, has been extremely helpful and has always been available when I needed her. I highly recommend this program to anyone who has been facing struggles through menopause.
